Well I did a little test a minute ago. I now have installed CGFX4 correctly
and i managed to have 6 1024x768 screen open at the same time.
Then it was MCP that hang up my system. So I think V4 works better for me
than V3 :)

Haven't tried it with a huge backdrop on my WB, don't know if that makes a
difference. Otherwise it would have been the CGWBPattern that caused the
problems...

Isn't there a program that allows you to view the amount of video mem that
you have free on your graphicscard?
BTW I have a CV3D with 'only' 4MB onboard.

Are you sure? The manual says that the savemem option will reduce memory
consumption if there are CGFX screens opened with 16 colors or less. I
think this has nothing to do with CGFX copying screens that aren't in use,
to FAST-MEM. But that's my opinion
