The most obvious way would be just to look on BBC rom/file sites -
chances are they'll already be converted, and it will save you the
hassle.

If you wanted to do it manually you'll be able to find instructions
for getting them off the original media onto your computer on the
emulator sites.
OTTOMH, if they are tapes, then you'd need to hook up a tape deck to a
sampler and save the tape as a WAV file or something and then convert
it to whatever format the emulator needs. At least, thats what you do
with a PC (although you can normally use your soundcard if it has a
line in) as there's utils for doing this.
