It overwrites the program you selected in the prefs....so for example
if you just added YAM to the button bank, it'll overwrite yam with a
file of 0 bytes. If you set yams protection bits to no delete, then
add it, you'll be safe. It is annoying and caught me out a few times
when fiddling with its prefs, since merely adding or removing buttons
can cause it to overwrite the file you are selecting.
I like many other people I'm sure did actually submit a keystone bug
report on this on the Vapor page, but nothing ever came of it -
obviously more concerns were with fixing V2/V3 bugs.
