I too have a Blizzard 68060. There is one thing that comes to mind that may
be worth doing. I notice you have overclocked your Blizzard board to 66Mhz,
if you still have the original 60Mhz oscillator replace it to see if it make
any difference. IIRC overclocking one of these boards does funny things to
the timing, though I'm not sure if it would affect IDE as it does with SCSI.
