| Subject: | GFX screenmode problems |
Hello,
Since my new installation of my complete system I have a problem with CGFX:
- I can't switch screenmode, when I try another screenmode. the screen goes
black, pointer visible and the complete system hangs.
- When I try some games, that open an Amiga screen I guess, my pointer hangs
because that Amiga screen is open. When I do an "Amiga M" key I get back to
my normal screens.
Anyone have an idea what this might be? My screendoubler is working because
i can work when i do a Boot without Startup-sequence...
I guess it has something to do with my CGFX env variables..... I had this
problem before (a year or so) but don't remember how I fixed it.
I had the problems both with the free V3 version and now also with my
commercial CDROM V4 version.
Any suggestions? I'm really trying to build a stable workable system this
time (after lot's of complete HD crashes where I lost almost everything)
and hope to get CGFX correctly working.
Maybe it's the PASSTHROUGH variable? Never got how it works..
