Not really, Fantavison is/was a graphics program for creating anims.
It had some really advanced features for the time, like allowing inputting a
first frame and final frame, the number of "tweens" you wanted, then
generating all the extra frames to create a smooth morph.
You could also add sound to the anims, it kept me busy for hours on my
A500 :)
