I think it was on a fish disk. Try the old fish archives,
aminet and funet.fi's ancient miggy section.
Why do you want it though? Mosaic sucked. Amosaic sucked even
worse. As a basis for a new browser it would be a lousy starting
point, and as a programming example, not much better, imho,
