I just print mine on glossy paper and fold it in half, that's not what
I'm after.
I want the cardboard sleeves (usually plain white but I'm not fussy
about the colour), like AF used on their last few magazines. Imagine
the plastic sleeve that the AACD comes in being made out of cardboard
and that's what I'm after.
