What Kind of card is is?
Have you upgraded to CGX v4.2pre8?
Have you made sure that you are not running anything funky like WBCtrl,
FBlit, or any other hacks that can cause problems with CGX?
PASSTHROUGH is useful only if you are using a card with the ability to take
an input and pass that data through if it is not active, such as some
Picassos and the CyberVision64.
Have you run SnoopDOS to see if you are missing libraries?
Are you running any third party libraries and have you checked for any other
conflicts?
