Hmm, have you tried to put a fan above the SIMM and CPU? I've done this on
an old DKB Cobra 030/50 which was acting a bit odd, and its been stable ever
since (up 3 weeks now).

Hmmm. Odd. Does your SIMM sit flush, or do you have to really push it? Some
accelerators have about a .5mm difference which yields poor connections
unless you shave a touch off of the socket's plastic.
