TaskiSMS is your boy. There is a shareware fee I think it was £10, but you
can do it all on line. I have only been registered about 2 weeks and had
2 updates sent. Works a dream doesn't cost anything sending, apart from
the few seconds that you are online. I am sending them through Lycos
(Germany). It does have adverts after your message, which is probably the
only drawback, but at least they are after the message. There is a working
demo on Aminet. It might even have been on an AACD, I just tried a search
on AACD20 but I just got a software failure so you'll have to try that
yourself.
