the only way its of use is if you dont have loadwb in your
startup-sequence (and dont have the endcli at the end of that script)
then if you do 'loadwb' manually you can then quit workbench and get back
to the shell.
any program/patch that stops WB being closed will stop the Quit from
working

OS3.9 does this...but I've had a 'reboot' on my tools menu for years now.

well, its of no use without proper security being embedded in the Amiga
ROM...
