If I remember correctly, if you have more than 29 people on your list, the flowers are replaced simply by a second row of leds. At least, they were for me :(

Find your current STRICQ.cfg file (in the StrICQ directory, it should be in users//yourICQnumber//)
Open the file in a text viewer and you should be able to find your password in there.
