Yes, El-Box don't reply to techinical queries via e-mail (so I've
found out in the past). My only suggestion is to have a look on your
PowerFlyer for the serial number of your controller and try
telephoning El-Box Computer directly. Be warned though: they are
based in Poland, so don't spend too long on the phone 8)
