Well, the crash is either coming from picture.datatype itself, and/or some
PPC image datatypes... Have you set any of the image decoders in IBrowse
to external? If so, which? The crash could be due to any PPC JPEG, PNG or
GIF datatypes that you have installed.
Alternatively, if you have a PPC ILBM datatype installed, then that could
be it. Or it could just be that the crash is coming directly from
picture.datatype itself (which will use the PPC for dithering, by default),
which is known to have problems in some cases.
So, the question is have you messed with the image decoder settings lately
in IBrowse, or messed with datatype settings, or installed any new
datatypes?
BTW, try running SegTracker and Sashimi (or Sushi) - the WarpOS debug
information as displayed by Sashimi should contain some important extra
information that will most likely pinpoint which .datatype is causing the
crash.
