I've said it before and I'll say it again, if you've got a problem and the
time to get it sorted, ring Eyetech!
Everytime I've rung them I've got step by step instructions that even my
daughter could follow.
My only gripe is that they rarely answer emails! Hell, they're probably too
busy on the phone! <gg>
Where else could you order a custom built piece of hardware and expect an
engineer to know how it works and why it may not, three months after you get
it home? (We're talking EZ/PC towers here, not the simplest of computers by
a long shot and then take into account all the extra's I ordered!!)
