Hi,
I have an apollo 1230/33 accelerator card which up
till now I have had a 4Mb simm in and it worked fine,
but the spec said it could take up to 8Mb ram (when
disabling PCMCIA). So I just replaced the 4mb simm
with an 8Mb EDO double sided simm, but it only shows
up as 4Mb, I just cant understand this, the only thing
i can think of is that the card is only seeing one
side of the simm???
