I've always used the excellent SGrab for this, but I have IFX4 so I
thought I'd try it.

Without checking the manual, I used the CyberGrab hook, clicked on it,
and opened a small screen with two lines of gibberish.
Selecting the top line and clicking "OK" grabbed my workbench screen,
no problems. Selecting the bottom line of gibberish and clicking "OK"
grabbed the IFX screen.

Sounds like you got the same screen as me, but without the gibberish!
