It's an IDE drive. At the moment it's working fine although I haven't
pushed the write speed at all. The drive itself is a 4x4x32 speed
drive (Don't think it's burn-proof), and the current settings I have,
which are the first I have tried, burn at about 1.2 speed. Yes I know
that it's quite slow but I plan to do a bit more testing.
My main hint for using it so far is to turn on parallel read/wrtie in
MakeCD, and make sure you set a large buffer with a small chunk size.
Currently mine is set at a 24MB buffer with a 64k chunk size.
If you want to know anymore about the drive and how I got it working
please email me privately as I don't think everyone on the list will
be interested.

Lewis
