1.Do you have a good enough PSU? (what CPU did you have in there
before?)
2.Is there anything plugged into the SCSI bus? try unplugging it
3.If you have a modem plugged into the internal serial port, do the
send/receive lights come on? If so, connect a seccond computer up to
your serial port, as this is how the early startup error messages
come through
4. Are you sure your card works? have you tried it with a different
amiga?
PS. is that a BPPC or a CPPC ? (A1200 or A3000/4000)
