I know that. Here in Portugal there is only one store that sells Amiga
stuff. I don't know how many people still use the Amiga here in Lisbon,
(which has a 1 million population!), but wouldn't be surprised if the
number equalled your town's. I'm ridiculed almost daily for using it.
"What?!?You can use a CD-ROM?" ,"Where is the cassette player?",
"Can't run Windows???" and "intelligent" stuff like that.
If it wasn't for the net and the above mentioned store, I don't know if
I could have stayed loyal.
I don't think it can ever reclaim its spot. PC is synonimous to computer
these days and can't see people changing their minds anytime soon.
It would really have to be a super machine to have a chance.
I'm hoping,though...
