Reinstall from backups, of course. What? you don't have backups?
Oh....
OK then, did you make RDB backups? If so try reinstalling the
partitions from this - you may not have lost everything.
If no RDB backups, you could try to re-partition to exactly what you
had by hand, if you mess it up, you won't have lost anymore than you
have already, so it's worth a try.
