Sorry if this has already been suggested (I've been using various
different computers to read my email over the past few days and I tend to
somehow miss a message here or there when doing so), but have you tried
changing the ICQ server in the Setting/ICQ Prefs menu? I've had this same
problem before and sometimes found this to help - then again sometimes it
didn't :/ Still, it's worth a shot if you haven't tried it.
