That's the point of networking, and the article. You don't only use one
computer at a time. You may only use one keyboard and mouse at the same
time, but that's not the same thing.

Here's a commonplace example. you're browsing the web on your Amiga and
you find a page on a site that requires IE. You have two choices.

1) Make a note of the, probably long, URL
Wait for any downloads the Amiga is doing to complete
Disconnect the Amiga
Dial up from the PC
Start IE
Type in the long URL
Read the page
Disconnect the PC
Connect the Amiga
Start up again where you left off, having missed the last ten minutes
of your IRC conversation

2) Press RAmiga-C
Go to IE and press Ctrl-V

Meanwhile the Amiga carries downloading from Aminet, or you can
continue to chat on IRC while the PC loads the page you want.
