Therwe was no confusion, it wasn't attributed ot anyone else and we

now you are wrongly attributing comments. I said nothing of the sort.
Excessive quoting and top-posting are the things that waste bandwidth
and make posts hard to read.

They are trying to turn banking into a DIY operation. They want you to
do all the work and feel grateful that they have allowed you to do so.
At the same time, they are putting highly trained staff out of work.
