Well, as far as my experience goes, most (if not all?)
programs that search for a catalog file, starts
searching in "PROGDIR:" and then "Locale/Catalogs".

This is the reason why I made a Catalog-drawer in
WBStartup - common to all progs in-there.
And it seemed to work, don't ask me why!

Just like the person in question, I was Baffled too!
Never heard or read anything 'bout 'ramlib', but
imagine it's some internal function of a kind.

Could anyone here on list throw a light on this??
