ramlib is the magic task that controls all kinds of neat
things like the ultra-low-memory handler, opening
libraries and resources, and that kind of thing. It's
basically Um Big Magic.

Occasionally it runs out of stack if you've got lots of
patches installed, and this is practically the only time
you'll ever encounter it. There are, however, patches
to increase it's stack (mcpramlibpatch, GrowStack)..
and I think it's been eliminated slightly in OS3.9..
