Hi Peter,
Thanks for the reply. I guess my problem is that I read too little into
instructions! If I'm told 'alter the startup sequence after setpatch' then
that's exactly what I do! Right after setpatch!
As I said, I figured it out eventually but the root cause of the problem is
that I hate altering the startup sequence as I've had problems with it
before so if you say after, then I take it as RIGHT after! It was because
Title Shadow was looking for ENV that gave me the clue that I'd got it wrong
somewhere, if it needs the ENV variables then it must be started AFTER they
are set!
It works great now in the user startup.
P.S. I'm not a beginner and I don't use Visual Prefs, so I have no point of
reference! Still, great looking piece of software! I love it!
