If a newsagent is messing you about, please let us know! Either by phoning us
or emailing me direct off-list. We'll do the necessary kicking.

We are aware of the price problem... we have looked into doing 3 or 4-month
subscription periods to lessen the blow, but with the extra admin and
processing it probably wouldn't be worth our while to implement such a system.

Maybe a quick survey on the web site is in order to gauge people's opinions...
