I'd contact Eyetech. I'm certain they must have a suitable adaptor/
cable. I've got an adapter that I use with my GVP G-Lock and
Microvitech monitor, so I know that they exist. Mind you, I bought
mine at a Silica store (whatever happened to them?) back in 1995 or
so.
If, in the rare event Eyetech cannot help, you can always try
