Yep, I reinstated all the original ENV setup commands but still no joy!
This was when I realised that TShadow was in the wrong place rather than
Env-Handler being incorrectly installed!

This is what I thought. TShadow needs to read it's prefs to work and where
would they be? In the ENVARC files!
No wonder I kept getting the ugly black on black shadows every boot!

I took the easier and safer route of starting TShadow in the User-Startup,
all works fine now!
