Hihi

It can, in that Paula is always very accurate. This doesn't matter too much
with MP3 or uncompressed audio, but play some decent quality modules,
especially chip tunes, and you'll hear the difference. Even when the software
(at least, under Windows) claims to be 100% tracker perfect. I guess this has
much to do with the mixer.

Well, you start to hear Paula's 8bit-ness (or even 14bit) on MP3s or raw audio
ripped from a CD when you have good speakers. I'm talking good as in the HiFi
link on http://www.zeusdev.co.uk/ - you can hear every little difference.

A lot of people will have "200 watt" (i.e. watts PMPO, which will be something
like 5 watts RMS) plastic cased speakers on that PC, rendering all the
Soundblaster Live's in the world useless.
