Depends how much RAM you have. When loading progressive jpegs in AWeb, my it
used to almost grind to a halt amoungst a lot of hard disk thrashing (quite
reminiscent of Windows). As I have 88Mb of fast ram, I assigned JPEGTMP: to
RAM: and now progressive jpegs load much quicker, and I don't run out of RAM
or crash or anything.
This was only ever a problem in AWeb though, not IB or V.
