This is interesting, I've been checking out Motorola's site and found that
there is a new MC68040V, which runs from a 3.3V supply. The MC68060 runs
from a 3.3V supply and has a 3.3 to 5V I/O capability.

I assume that most Amiga accelerator boards use a 5V 040 and 3.3V for 060's
