There are other important changes to be made to the board. Timing for
example. On the MC68040, outputs are driven off the falling edge of PCLK.
The MC68060 drives everything off the rising edge of CLK. There must be
some way of converting the boards from 040 to 060. I would suspect this is
done at manufacture, when the cpu to be used is known.
