It does for Payback, but doesn't for Quake. After quitting Payback, however,
the mouse is pretty screwed up, so a reboot is the only option.
I use the keyboard for movement in Quake, and the mouse for mouselook, so no
mouse inputs should be affecting movement!

No, they're both running in Picasso96 screenmodes on my Voodoo3. I think the
chipset is still set to 15KHz sound output.
