Yes, but this is not flat rate. Flat rate is where you pay, for example, £15 a
month for unlimited calls to the net during evenings and weekends. i.e. there
are no further call charges.
Personally, I cannot fault Demon's service, and they do allow the use of
Surftime, although they charge £11.75 a month in subscription fees. However,
they have a very high level of reliabiliy and don't sneer at you when you
mention using an Amiga. Have a look at their website http://www.demon.net
