Hmm, but only if AmigaOS 4.x's RTG system supports draggable screens, which,
IMHO, I feel it should. Many legacy programs use draggable screens in their
interfaces.

I'm not too much of a fan of the Windows taskbar. As I said before, buttons
and menus seem like a better solution - the programs you want are instantly
available, while everything else is hidden away in a menu.
