I contacted them about this a while ago, wanting to make sure my mail had
gotten through okay since I hadn't had a confirmation or heard anything
else. This is the reply I got:

we do have you marked down to receive new Nightlong cd's. We of course
understand you wanting to know when you will receive new ones. Unfortunately
getting the new Nightlong cd's duplicated and repackaged has taken longer
than we expected. Hopefully this week we will have an answer as to when we
can ship them.
We really appreciate your patience and will try to give you a shipping date
by this week.

So they've not forgotten, but neither did (have) I heard anything since.
TBH, it does not affect me as yet since I don't own either the PPC or gfx
card required to play Nightlong anyway...
I think it's about time they put something up on the website tho, even if it
formed part of the Nightlong section that you can only see if you've
registered.
