I use a BlizzPPC setup, but im sure the procedure is the same.

When using blizzkick the maprom feature of your ppc card must be DISABLED.

put fusionreserve on the blizzkick line.

and then after blizzkick line, put FIXMACPATCH in your startup.

Fusion should no launch without problems.
------------
If its of any use my blizzkick line is as follows:

Blizkick * EXTRESBUF=90000 MODULE console.device ram-handler FastfileSystem Filesystem.resource RomFixes FusionReserve Newalert Alertfix noclick Bppcfix quiet

(of course bppcfix wont be of use :)
