It would have been handy to have it on CD, but I started downloading
it as soon as it appeared. Not fun on my 56k modem with a 2 hour
timeout from my ISP :)
Finally got around to installing it (and failing to play it -
RTGMaster has never liked me :) last night. Thats the first CDXL anim
I've seen and it's fairly impressive. Smooth enough, but I'm guessing
there's less than 256 colours - it did look a bit manky ;)
Another question for anyone who has installed it - can you safely
install the addons (i.e. the true colour engine etc) from the Marble
Eyes website with the downloadable GS? The readme for the addons say
that you need to play with the CD in the drive.
And if so, can you just copy the addons into the same directory as GS
or does it need to be in it's own drawer?
