Erm...what bug exactly. From the way you described your installation
its no wonder you had problems. If you ran TitleShadows IMMEDIATELY
after Setpatch, and before Env-Handler was started, the ENV: assign
wouldn't exist, and so when TitleShadow goes to interrogate ENV: for
its prefs, it wont be able to resolve the assign.
By now moving Titleshadows to a position after Env-Handler has been
run, that problem wont exist. You'd be better off running it in your
User-Startup in all honesty, since thats what the User-Startup was
designed for.
