They are more or less the same thing. But...
A scroll mouse could use a button or something to do the scrolling which
I'm not sure works with Freewheel. A wheelmouse definately has a wheel
so go for one of the MS or Logitech mice.
BTW at those pc computer fairs you can normally find boxes full of mice
that were destined for some Wintel box and are being sold off dead
cheap. Mine has Gateway's logo on it (whoever they are)
