Nothing.
You use the wheel, normally, to scroll down long text documents. Some of
them can use the wheel as another button, you push it down like a button or
roll it for scrolling!
Basically, different names for the same thing.
I use an Ami Scroll mouse on my PC, three buttons and two scroll wheels. I
could do with a few more fingers! <ggg>
