I do indeed use Fblit, and would never go back to not using it.
The worst culprit for eating chipmem, is in fact Scalos with Icons, but as
it is described in the docs as a side-effect and I wouldn't ever go to
using my Amiga without it, I'm not going to complain :). The only time I
ever really run into bad chipmem problems is while using PPaint or voyager.
I take them a signs that I should of got a GFX card ages ago.
