You're probably using an ADF writing tool that doesn't do a Verify. Try
adf2disk with verify option, make a script icon & put that on your Amidock,
or
look at TransADF & TransADF GUI which also verifies. (Aminet)
Or maybe it's karmic payback for those thousands of unbranded disks you
bought 8^)
