Actually I got rid of env-handler because I thought it was the problem!
Env-Handler was run before the system assigns. I run FBlit AFTER the system
assigns.
TitleShadow was run just after Setpatch, as per the doc's!
Even after Env-Handler was removed, the problem of asking for 'Volume ENV'
to be inserted persisted! Only moving Title Shadow to AFTER the system
assigns cured the problem!
(It's now the last line on my user startup and works perfectly even after
Env-Handler has been re-installed)
