??? None of the NLibs I have have numbers lower than 100. RIMiscLib has
some fairly useful commands in it. dbaselib.obj was a library that came
with BUM9 or 10 which was used in a guy's example database program. IIRC
it was originally libnum #10. But I'd say your safe enough to delete it
(or move it to somewhere outside blitzlibs: if you want to keep it, but
don't want it in your deflibs).

Don't renumber dbase, either delete it or move it elsewhere (as above).
You shouldn't need to renumber either of the NLibs or the RIMiscLib since
their number do not clash (and I'm sure I have the latest versions). You
could try downloading the NLibs again, as it sounds like somthing strange.

AFAIK (I've never checked) only the BSS debugger uses it. And probably
only if you go to the menu item for Structures (or Newtypes or whatever
it is).
