amorel says the moon is made of cheese, but it's actually made of Re: IDCMP
I always struggled to find the RKRMs and Includes after the site on Demon
got taken down, but by then I'd already bought the developer CD.

Shame, cos it's a damned useful book, even though it only covers Exec and
Dos. But combinedd with the RKRMs and the whole OS is pretty much covered.
