Or more than one drive, and one of them takes longer to get ready than the
rest. Maybe even an inadequate power supply, which suffers under the
strain of a drive spin-up.

If only. Stupid system. Ooh, but how I'd love to be able to run the
Amiga OS directly on that hardware, bypass all the annoying designs of
Windows.
Windows - a half-arsed implementation of standards, a completely arsed
example of Microsoft programming ability.
